1. Data controller

2. What data this site collects

• “Write to me” form: your name, e-mail and message text. The message is forwarded to the physician's inbox and stored in the site's secured database. It is used solely to respond to your enquiry.
• “Book a consultation” form: name, contact (e-mail or phone), consultation type and message text. Stored in the site's database and visible only to the site owner in the secured admin panel.
• Appointment booking runs via the third-party services TopMedica (navstevalekare.cz) and Medevio (Institute of Functional Medicine and Nutrition). Data you enter there is processed by those services under their own privacy policies; this site neither receives nor stores it.
• This site does not collect or process medical records or health data. Please do not send medical information through the website forms.

3. Analytics (only with your consent)

Built-in statistics: page viewed, language, referral source, event type and time — no IP address, no cookies. Microsoft Clarity: session recordings, click heatmaps, device technical data; processed by Microsoft in accordance with its privacy policy. Clarity starts only after your consent; you can change your choice anytime via “Cookie settings” in the site footer. No advertising tracking is used.

4. Cookies

5. Technical data

The hosting provider (Emergent) processes technical data required to operate the site (standard server logs).

6. Retention and deletion

Messages and personal data provided through the contact forms are retained for the period necessary to process and respond to your enquiry. Once the purpose of processing is achieved, the data is deleted in accordance with the established retention periods, unless lawful grounds for further retention exist. Requests for deletion of personal data can be sent to info@tatiananakryzhskaya.com.
